The Bicentennial Celebration Committee will be displaying Troop Banners for West Liberty residents to honor and remember their military friends and family. The Troop Banners will hang in West Liberty in 2017 from Memorial Day to Veterans Day. We are so excited to add this program during our 4-day Bicentennial Celebration next year!  If you live in West Liberty, you can proudly see your relatives pictures who served or are serving in the military hanging up in town. 

Troop banners are $85 each. 

The Bicentennial booth went well at the West Liberty Labor Day Festival (pictures below). We sold t-shirts, postcards, wooden nickels and had people interested in the Troop Banners.
