It is here...finally! My latest book release- "City of the Dead" - Exploring old cemetery customs and Cemetery and Church History of West Liberty, Ohio.
I guess you could say this makes it final. The Teddy Bear Den has been moved to its new home. Sad, but I have great memories of the almost 15 years of my non profit. Who knows what I will get into now?
This morning, I attended Mt. Carmel Friends Church Easter Sunrise service at Mt. Tabor Church. I must say, I had a feeling of peace, wonderment, and felt full of God's love watching the sun come up and worshipping in the church yard. Yes, it was a cold 29 degrees at sunrise this morning, but as the sun rose the rays brought some warmth. I cannot imagine what it was like for those who went to the tomb that morning and saw it empty. But think of how they felt when they saw Jesus, who arose from the dead, walking, and talking again until He ascended into Heaven. WOW! He is Alive! I am going to see him some day, when God calls me home. I hope you will too. Remember, it is your choice where you spend eternity. I hope you choose well so I can see you in Heaven some day!
Sadly, I am closing down Project Teddy Bear & Friends non-profit. This is sudden I know but it is necessary to do quickly. I will not be taking any more stuffed animals nor thrift items. I have someone coming to pick up the stuffed animals and possibly the thrift items. Thanks to all my supporters over the years.
