Bringing smiles to young and old, Project Teddy Bear and Friends in West Liberty started nearly 10 years ago and reached a significant milestone earlier in November. The organization received its 20,000th stuffed animal on November 6th! In fact, earlier this week Project Teddy Bear had collected 20,137 stuffed animals.
