Be honest with yourself. Are you a pleasant person to be around? Whether you are with family, friends, co-workers, the boss, neighbors, or people you see running errands how do you interact with others? Do you have a positive attitude, or does it stink?

How many times have you heard someone walk in where you work and say, “I don’t want to be here?”  Yikes! Not a good attitude to be starting your day in, no matter what shift you work. I would feel sorry for those you work with or interact with during the day. This has been a common occurrence in most places I have worked over the years.

Sometimes you do not have to say a word because your actions speak for you. Your attitude will show the mood you are in and it will not change unless you decide to change it. Why take your bad attitude out on everyone else? They are not responsible for the mood you are in.  You are!

You are the one who chooses your attitude. Yes, unexpected things can happen that can change your attitude for the worse, if you let it.
